Beyond grateful for the Target here. As there are many big box stores in town, its nice to have the options. Its always clean, friendly people, never a bad experience here. Selection isn't quite as big as Auburn but close.

I do not get the bad reviews on here. They must be getting paid to say bad things. It is great to have a Target nearby so we don’t have to drive all the way to Auburn! Great staff. Stocking always looks totally fine. Never a disappointment!

I wish I could give this store zero stars. If you're Asian-American and haven't experienced racism or don't believe it exists, you need to come here and see it firsthand. I was in the store browsing to pass the time before heading to my next destination. The entire time, an older white man followed me around, refusing to leave me alone despite my repeated requests. When I confronted him, two white women got involved, trying to make it seem like we were the ones causing trouble. We decided to leave, but the man and the two women continued to follow us. As I was exiting, the man even attempted to run me over with his electric scooter. My boyfriend saw this and warned him not to. It wasn't until then that other customers started calling for security, who took forever to arrive. I feel like I was targeted and attacked because of my race. I will never return to this store and would never recommend it to anyone.

absolutely the worse Target i have ever been to. customer service sucks, drive up sucks. the attitudes of the “team” members are horrible especially at drive up. if yall don’t like your job, maybe customer service isn’t for you. no one answers the phones. why have self checkout and not open it and why have self checkout and not open it but have a slow cashier. this Target is just a glorified Kmart and it shows. at this point, Walmart has better customer service which is sad af.

If you only have enough staff to have one checkout lane open, you might consider alleviating the super long line by not blocking off your large self check out section for no reason...?

Horrible staff and selection. The old Kmart surprisingly had a better and stocked selection. I'm surprised I miss Kmart. Also if you call to speak with someone you will NOT get through. I've tried to get ahold of the front service desk numerous times and it just rings and rings. Horrible customer service.

I hate having a Target in town. As a fourth generation local of Grass Valley I've always enjoyed having limited influence from big box stores and corporate chains. I prefer local small businesses.

Despite that, I have visited this Target. They don't have a great selection of clothing and often a lot of aisles look like they need to be restocked and are half empty. It's also created more traffic in the area and made all the city people more comfortable here, so overall not my favorite.

I love having a target here. It’s clean, nice and awesome. I’d rather shop here than buy a bunch of junk from Amazon.
