Please be aware this company will not accept a return or refund. For whatever reason they’ve decided to not display this information. It’s up to you to scroll To the bottom of the page for the return policy information before purchasing. If not you contact them about a return you will disappointed. In my opinion for them to allow orders to be placed online it’s their way of just making money and not giving customer service to their customers. I would never purchase again.

Best beauty supply I’ve ever been to. Only beauty supply that had the products that I was looking for. Not even Walmart, Target, Salley’s etc., had the products! ♥️

You are greeted upon entering the store, they take the time out to help you find the product you are looking for and make sure you have everything you need. I didn’t get the “Hurry up and buy” feeling that I get from other beauty supply stores! On my first visit, I was greeted upon entering the store. The store owners were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I entered the store just to browse since the establishment is “black-owned” and I left with 3 “TaylorMade” bundles and a hair appointment. Since then I have been a returning customer for all of my hair care needs. If you are looking to support your own, this is it. Lashes, clothing, hair-care products, braiding supplies….they even have a stylist inside?Thank me later. Definitely ✔️ them out.

Everytime I shop at this BLACK OWNED BEAUTY SUPPLY I have the best experience. The service Taylor and Ron provide lets me know they care about our community. They do their research on products before distributing, which further lets me know they are providing quality products. Their customer service makes me feel appreciated while shopping because they are very knowledgeable when I tell them what I need. I don't just feel like a consumer. They also provide extended add ons within the store but you have to go check them out for further details. TAYLOR MADE BEAUTY SUPPLY HAS GAINED A CLIENT RATHER THAN A CUSTOMER. YOU'LL ALWAYS HAVE MY SUPPORT. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

Taylor Made Beauty Supply is a New Beauty Supply store located off of University. The store was clean and very easy to navigate. The selection of products catered to different ethnicities and budgets. The cashier was very knowledgeable about the products that she was selling and very friendly.
