The photos I took are AFTER I got my car back, and as you can see, they completely botched the job. I originally went in for a temperature gauge replacement, which they had to do twice because they installed the wrong one the first time. On top of that, they also replaced my sensor and water pump, yet somehow forgot to reconnect the pipes, leaving me with radiator fluid all over my car. To make matters worse, after all that, my car is still running hot. When I brought it up to them, their response was basically "Oh, it’s fine that’s normal." So… what did I pay for? It seems they were just going down a list replacing things until the problem would go away? This level of incompetence is absolutely unacceptable. If you’re a young female who doesn’t know a lot about cars, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—there’s another shop in Ilium that will likely treat your vehicle with more knowledgeable care. So if I were you I would stay far away from this business ….unless you enjoy paying for mistakes that shouldn’t happen in the first place. HOWEVER - I will say once I brought it back they ensured it was “ok” to drive and gave me some more fluid and everyone at the shop is nice! I just don’t think it’s the place to go FOR MECHANICAL WORK…I think towing and personal interactions are fine.

We had a flat near Alta Lakes and came into Telluride Tire & Auto on a 'donut' spare. Clay checked the flat and confirmed it was unrepairable. I had a tire warranty and needed to get to Grand Junction for the replacement. Clay swapped our spare to the rear wheel for safety and wouldn't let me pay him. Great customer service all around - highly recommended!

I arrived at the tire shop with a flat tire, without realizing they were essentially already closed. Despite this, they graciously offered to assist me and get me back on the road. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness and generosity, as I was unsure of what I would have done without their help. It’s heartwarming to know that there are still good people out there, and this tire shop and its workers are undoubtedly one of them. Thank you so much for your exceptional services.

Absolutely incredible service. The best I have ever seen in any car repair shop! Clay was super helpful and friendly and helped me out as I was passing through town. I would definitely trust this shop 100% for any serious work on my truck!

Had a truck breakdown in Telluride. Stuart, the owner, took the time to help me figure out logistics...an overnight jeep rental, rental car for a one way trip the next day and having the truck towed 6 hours away. So helpful, went out of his way!!!

They saved our bacon and charged us a more than fair price for coming out to tow us when no one else would. Then they fixed the truck up in record time (less than 24 hours). You can’t go wrong going with Stuart and his family!

Have been to telluride twice and gotten a flat tire each time! lol. Each time this shop has been quick, friendly, and gotten us back on the road in 30 mins! Thank you!
