They are terrible. Last time we went my kids was sick with strep and the colored heavy set lady named Brenda was very rude and slapped my childs hand for rubbing it's nose cause they was itchy and they had also swabbed my kids. So they had to sneeze afterwards and she yelled at my kids and smacked them. I was furious. One of my kids started crying and said she was mean. I have never been to a doctor anywhere that treated them that way other than here. Brenda needs to be fired for treating a child that way. But we have seen her more than once and she always treats them badly . She is just the nurse. We will never be back there.

This would be a great place, if it wasn’t for one very rude nurse, this has been an ongoing situation the past 5-6 time I have went, or my wife has went with my children. This nurse has always got something hateful and rude to say to me, my wife, or even my 2 year old son. You would imagine customer service, or hell maybe just treating people with the slightest bit of respect and decency would be a pretty important factor when you’re in the healthcare field. Although the clinic obviously must not care, because this had been a ONGOING issue at this clinic and me and my family are not the only ones that have had an issue with this nurse. I have scrolled through prior reviews of this place, and this nurse is hateful to everyone. Just wanted to share my experience with the place, I believe me and my family will be visiting another clinic in the future. Hopefully this nurse will be reprimanded for her actions or maybe find a new career.

We were visiting Savannah when my daughter became sick. I took her To Tennessee River Family Health. The staff is not friendly. The nurse gave vague directions on where she wanted my daughter to stand and even grabbed her arm to move her. My daughter later told me it hurt when the nurse put the thermometer under her tongue. The doctor acted annoyed when he asked what pharmacy we wanted to use and explained we were not from here and didn't know what Savannah had. Finally, they sent us for xrays around noon. When I called at 4, they seemed annoyed that I called to check on the results of the xray. I called again at noon the next day and was told sarcastically that they have been busy.

Hopefully, I never have to use a walk in clinic in Savannah again, but if I do, I will go to FastPace.

The nurse that works there is a total jerk and has no compassion or understanding of empathy and people. She is very harsh and rough with patients and has an attitude that is not friendly and inviting like nurses should be and behaves like she hates having to do her job. I used to walk in and be greeted with a smile and have a sweet and friendly nurse invite me back. I honestly have no desire to go here anymore like I used to. (This woman is heavier set, of colored skin, and her hair in a bun normally. Has a harder time moving around and has lots of attitude. This is a recurring problem I’ve experienced the last 5 or possibly more occasions I’ve visited this walk-in clinic.)

My wife was in there yesterday. Politely and quietly talking to the receptionist. The older lady behind her without even turning around commenced to yelling at my wife as if she were chastising a naughty child. The other staff just allowed it and said nothing.. I don't blame them she was intimidating.

Took my mom in for a boil. The staff were very nice. Providers were knowledgeable and caring. I've never been to an urgent care center that gets you seen and treated as quickly and efficiently as this one. Highly recommend

Phone receptionist needs to learn some manners and to not be so rude to patients of 10 plus years. Love the providers, but some nurse’s are rude. No help for my situation. I’ll find elsewhere.

I called to ask a question and was received with a "we are trying to eat our lunch and we only get 30 minutes". No "hello we are currently at lunch can you call back later". I'm not going to say all staff is like this but this receptionist needs to find another job. If you don't want to be bothered at lunch maybe you should find a solution to the phone ringing or add those hours to your info on Google.
