I’ve known Eric for 15 years and he has always been a upstanding guy to me and my family. Eric and Adriena have been great on helping my two sons who are athletes, stay loose and feeling good. I would highly recommend The Art of Massage.

I appreciate the healing I've experienced here. I love receiving massages and have gone to many different places in Merced. But, I must highlight: Eric's background and experience as an Athlete coupled with a sincere ethos to provide helpful education to his clients, has maximized my healing. I came in for a very painful shoulder and stiffness. It was bad and I was scared. After 1 session - I am incredibly grateful. Went in a week later for another and I feel amazing. Other places haven't had this type of outcome - a rejuvenating and pain-relieving effect. Highly recommend for folks seeking healing.

I’ve been looking for a new massage therapist for a while. Eric set me up for a 90 minute full-body with the intention of finding areas in my body that need extra attention. I was greeted by Eric and his daughter and was immediately put at ease with their professionalism and kindness toward my needs. After an initial consult and brief medical history discussion, Eric worked his magic. HE has had many years of experience and it shows. He KNOWS the physiology and inner working of the human body - that’s important to me. The Atmosphere was super pro, as was Eric in everything he did during my session. I left The Art of Massage feeling loose, limber and lighter all over - and immediately asked to book again soon!
This will be my go-to for massage therapy. If you are an athlete, or just an active person, your body will thank you on the regular for keeping those muscles smooth and supple with consistent massage each month. You will not be disappointed with this place - So glad we have a business like this in Merced! Many thanks Eric!

It was a pleasure meeting Eric and his wife for the first time. The room where the massage is done is very spa-like and soothing. He is tremendously talented and knowledgeable. I haven't met a more compassionate therapist. I also talked to him about my elderly father who had broken his leg months back, and he discussed many massage therapy options he could try with my dad. I appreciate the time he took with me and would highly recommend this business.

Came out feeling like a new man! Eric provides a relaxed and professional setting. He listens to your needs and knows how to release the knots and stresses that life puts on our bodies. I've been to a lot of massage therapists and most don't know what the body needs like Eric does. If you want a quality massage, go see Eric. You won't be disappointed!

I am so thankful for finding Eric. He has improved my range of motion in my neck and shoulder in which I have been suffering with constant pain and limited mobility. Eric has taken his time to find out my weak points and what area needed focused attention. Together we made a plan that suits the healing of my body. He is gentle and very thorough. After my first appointment, I saw his compassion for helping me recover from my pain. I will continue to visit him on a regular basis and definitely recommend Eric for their pain relief/management, muscle recovery or massage therapy.

I've seen Eric twice Eric twice for a neck/shoulder pain and had a knot and also for lower back/hip pain. Very knowledgeable, and helped me with stretches. Pleasant and professional. Place is clean, relaxing, and welcoming environment. I definitely highly recommend Eric. Looking forward to my next visit!
