I’ve come here for a few months to get my brows waxed by Geena after seeing raving reviews and as friendly/sweet as she is, I’ve now lost faith in her work. The last time too much hair was taken off and it looked so unnatural I sobbed in the car. So I grew them out for a few weeks. Today was the same exact thing! This will now be my second time having to grow out my brows because they aren’t done correctly. Even after countless amount of times of me showing her pictures of how I’ve always had them done in the past, she tends to rebuttal my desires and makes it seem like what I’m asking for is what she did. She says she doesn’t take hair off in certain places when that clearly not the truth. I am grateful for how patient and kind she has been but I will be finding someone who is able to do what I am asking for rather than gaslighting me into thinking they did.
