I have been coming to Karen for over a year now. I first came for lamination and wax. & have added services since my experience has always been exceptional. Karen is punctual, I’ve never had to wait. She makes sure you’re comfortable. She asks for feedback on what you like/don’t like etc., she also offers coffee/tea. It was a very personalized appointment and relaxing.

10/10 recommend Karen!!! Never will I ever go to anyone else for my brows. Not only does she make sure you get exactly what you’re wanting but she walks you through everything she does and really makes sure your voice is heard. She’s the sweetest person ever and even if she moves across the ocean I will follow her everytime I need my brows done because no one has ever done them this amazing lol

I came here about one year ago and I have been returning ever since. This place is awesome from when you enter you feel welcomed! Karen makes sure that all your needs are heard and explains what’s she’s doing every step of the way. I got lamination, tint and wax and it did not burn or itch and it lasted! I’ve been going to The Brow Room for waxing services for months now and can’t recommend it enough! Karen is so kind, attentive and thoughtful. She makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the process and is very thorough - she always goes back through to pluck out any stray hairs when most places I’ve been to don’t bother to do so. She’s also extremely knowledgeable about skincare and has made some great recommendations for me which is so appreciated as finding a good skincare routine can be super intimidating. It’s nice to see when people are passionate about their work and their customers which is extremely evident at The Brow Room.
