I liked the concept of the Bering ring with exchangeable inserts. A stone of the first ring came off and I bought back a year later (we travel to Solvang every November for our anniversary) and told no exchanges. I bought another insert thinking it was a fluke. Two stones fell out w/in months!! It’s 4 hour drive so I waited until our anniversary. I brought my receipts hoping this store would back their faulty inserts and give me another one. The woman focused on my original ring (which is no problem) and said the warranty was expired and to call Bering but doubted they would help me. She also said, “We have no control how people treat their jewelry” which I responded “I always take my jewelry off at home and do not wear it gardening or doing housework.” It’s the insert that is faulty —not the ring! Do not buy jewelry here. They do not back their product!

This is a welcome reprieve from the hustle & bustle of the touristy town center. Authentic contemporary Danish-made goods of various types & a small Viking and Amber museum. Staff are very friendly. No public restrooms on site. Statues of the town founders in front of the building. Parking available at nearby free public parking lots.

Beautiful shop,a very interesting Viking's museum. Extremely nice and professional staff,which treats All American and foreign customers with respect.I shop there every time when I am in Solvang.A few times I exchanged some items,but I called the shop first , just to find out if they could do it.See you soon and thank you for sharing the interesting history of the founders of Solvang city.

They are listed as a pandora store. Don't shop here. They are privately owned...not a real Pandora affiliate. You cannot return items here, or exchange anything unless you bought you item in THIS store. Managers are foreigners and unfriendly. Avoid like the plague.

Such a cool store! They have a small amber museum in a vault that you can peek in but, because of Covid, is not totally accessible at this time. Find gorgeous and innovative design pieces fir your home, jewelry, watches and, of course, Legos! I purchase a beer former on sale for only $5! For sure, I will visit this store every time I go to Solvang to see what they have. It’s so fun!

A nice variety of items from Denmark! Jewelry, housewares, LEGOS, etc. Quality products without hopping on an airplane! They have a lovely little House of Amber, very beautiful! Found a cute little treasure in their vault; anyone familiar with Bluetooth... this coin shows the origin of the name!
