I have always had excellent care at the Dermatology Center of Indiana. My family became patients 25 years ago and he changed the future with excellent treatment of my teenage boys struggling with acne. I highly recommend Dr. Guenthner & all his staff. I see Dr. Audrey Hewitt and she is excellent!

I had been to a dermatologist in Terrell Haute. Yesterday they told me I needed weeks if radiation. I knew my husband has gone to the Plainfield dermatology for 10 years. He has melanoma that was removed his first visit. He's been going for checks since then. This is why I trusted coming here. I couldn't be more pleased. I was frightened and very afraid of waiting. They were so wonderful and got me in today. Dr May was excellent. He explained my problem was common and normal. I had no need to be so worried. He removed cells and solved my problem today. No wait and no unnecessary radiation. I am very pleased with the friendly, very professional expert care I received. I reccomnend them 100 percent and will be forever grateful.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I was taken to an exam room very quickly upon my arrival, and the Dr. May was in as soon as the nurse went thru my info. He also was very friendly and professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable.
I highly recommend The Dermatology Center to anyone with the need.

Context:
I am adult male 77 years of age with a history of 2 melanoma surgeries. At least 3 times a year I visit Dannae to check for recurrence. Recently I experienced difficult to stop bleeding near my left ear so I made an unscheduled visit in which a biopsy was done.

Wanna and her team were thoughtful, considerate, and thorough with the visit. I am happy to endorse her/them. Lab results will be back in a week. I have no anxiety about whatever next steps are appropriate!

I do not recommend this practice. Repeated poor experiences with both of my daughters have led to inconsistent and subpar care. Communication is extremely difficult—calls go through a call center, and return calls take hours or days. We’ve seen a different provider at every visit, resulting in a lack of continuity. Most recently, after waiting over 35 minutes past our appointment time without being seen, we had to leave to make another scheduled obligation. Meanwhile, this same practice once refused to see my younger daughter when we arrived just 10 minutes late due to car trouble. The double standard and lack of respect for patients’ time are unacceptable. I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

I have been a patient at Dermatology of Indiana for a couple of years. I had a bump on my scalp that wasn’t healing. They had me seen the same week I called. They were very accommodating. I just want to compliment the front desk personnel. They had a very rude and condescending gentleman who came in the office. They handled it with class. Not so sure I would have done the same. I was pleased with my experience and treated kindly and respectfully.

Great experience here after putting this appointment off for so long due to fear. Sophie was caring and attentive and I never once felt judged, only concern and care, she seems like a great person!!
