I am so incredibly happy that I found DSH Perfumes. I was lucky enough to be visiting family on a Saturday, so I could stop in and try all of the fragrances. Everyone there was super helpful and Dawn herself recommended some fragrances that I ended up getting bottles of. Since then, I have ordered more online, because I keep falling in love with the samples I got. So far my favorites are Manhattan, Northwest Passage, Les Nouveaux Bohemes, and Le Fauve de Bergamot. I plan on ordering a full bottle of Manhattan next, and will make an appointment to try even more fragrances next time I'm visiting Boulder.

I called for info. You have to make an appointment to shop. Or you can shop on Saturday Since I'm out of town, Sarah suggested I make an appointment. So glad! Dawn spent over an hour and a half with me. We went over what I liked and tried out several fragrances. I bought two. She sent me home with samples she thought I would like . Bought another one. I'm IMPRESSED! I can't remember the last time I have had sevice like that from anywhere! The whole staff is awesome! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. I'm so happy I did! Thank you DSH. I’ve wanted to find a signature scent that people remember me by, and Sarah was super helpful in understanding what I was looking for, even as I gave very vague descriptions of things. There’s so many fun options and endless combinations!

Absolutely incredible place. They were able to accommodate my partner and I coming in on extremely short notice, and the lovely human who helped us (Sarah?) Was so incredibly patient and kind. I went in with a concept and between Dawn's indescribably gorgeous and complex fragrances, and Sarah's excellent recommendations my partner and I were able to walk out with EXACTLY what we were looking for, even though we barely had a clue what that was when we came in. I promise you, the price point is absolutely worth every penny. These are liquid masterpieces, and the customer service is absolutely stellar. This shop has earned a customer for life, and rightfully so.

I loved going through the different scents Dawn has created and finding something I loved. I ended up loving the Tsukimi scent, part of her Japan inspired series. Prices are super reasonable and you get something really unique.

I'm so glad I decided to stop in. Dawn was so cool and a pleasure to talk with and incredibly knowledgeable. But, it's the fragrances that blew me away. Anything you could imagine was there and she even created a custom scent for me on the spot. It's so perfect and I'm wearing it right now!

I visited DHS over the weekend and had a great experience. I’d been looking for an every day fragrance to wear for over a year at department stores but without much luck. Dawn at DHS helped me try several different mens’ fragrances, first on paper, and then on my skin. I settled on one and purchased a small supply to take home. Dawn was also very kind to provide a couple samples for my 15-year-old daughter. I definitely recommend giving DHS a try. There’s something special about wearing a fragrance designed by a perfumer you’ve actually met!

I haven't had the pleasure of visiting DSH studio in Boulder, but have experienced many of Dawn's creations that I got through her website in the last 2 years. My favs are: Tsukiyo-en (light florals, opening with citrus and lovely refreshing shiso note), Giverny in Bloom (beautifully captured the whole gamut of Monet's garden), Ma Plus Belle Histoire d’Amour (springtime in a bottle), Onycha (ambery incense with an intriguing roasted seashell note) and I could go on... and on.
