The Floor Store in Andalusia missed out on business from us . Sadly they probably don’t care because business must be booming for them to ignore a commitment after I agreed with them. I went on their “online” portal picked out my flooring and even had the size of the job on and everything . 1 room…. Never heard from them within the first few days of putting in the inquiry , so I called them myself. The lady had to call me back after finding my inquiry…. She did but the rest went like this. She told me a price with us moving everything out and all the installer has to do was come in lay the flooring and Job done…. 1500.00 and some change was quoted I agreed and was told by lady that they would call me on the following Monday for the install details and info. Needless to say I’m still waiting on that call. All good my husband and I spent the entire week doing our own flooring and well we saved money too. Very disappointing for the local business though .

The Floor Store did an excellent job installing lvp flooring at our house. They stayed on schedule which was important to me. Friendly folks and great service. I would use them again!
