Had a great first session. I went into it carrying a bit of stress in my neck and shoulder area, as well as some overworked muscles in the legs, by the end of the session I was all smoothed out and able to ground back into my body. He informed me of imbalances detected in my back, legs and knees, I always love that kind of insight. I will definitely be seeing Evan again for future body work.
