Dr Cynthia is amazing! I completed 2 procedures with Glow and with Dr Cynthia. She was so patient to answer all of my questions and talk me through everything about the procedure. Then on each day she talked me through the entire process, was thorough, and did a great job. I was very nervous but she helped keep me calm and relaxed. Each follow appointment went well and the staff has been great throughout the process. I'm so happy with her work and my results.

I was calling around for a last minute lip filler apt for same day. I came across The Glow method and specifically Macey Martinez with Injectables by Mace. I must say, 10/10 experience! She is very educated, knows her techniques very well, she's personable, and felt like a friend I've know for years! I've had my lips done by multiple different places. I’ve been receiving facial treatments by Brandy past 3 months and I want to say she is amazing. She takes her job seriously, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She takes her time with every treatment process and tells you what benefits the different treatments repair. Dr. Cynthia and her team is amazing. I had a consultation with Amber and she made me feel so comfortable. Initially, I was suppose to get lipo 360 and a fat transfer. But when I spoke to Eliza, she is so knowledgeable, and she told me how fat transfer will not be good for me because my goal is really to lose weight. So I ended up doing lipo 360 and a bra roll and she gave me the same price. Dont go anywhere else. Lipo Method is the best.

A much deserved review because my results from lipo 360 & bbl are 🔥 I can’t believe how I look! Dr Cynthia really had an eye for the details. I wanted the look where people aren’t sure if you had something done but definitely notice something 🍑 and she absolutely nailed it! What I love even more are the results in my stomach. I used to hide my belly in everything I wore. But not anymore!
I also loved that everything you need is available in one location. Shoutout to Jessica for taking care of my post op massages & Eliza for guiding me through day of procedure and checking on my results for the past 6 months🫶🏽

It is very sad to know that a business conducts themselves this way but here we are. I had scheduled to get the lipo service at my first consultation. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn’t aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she’s working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The “transparency” they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, “well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don’t have checks here at the office haha.” This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so....
This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don’t risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don’t want to lose that much money.
