I’ve been on a microneedling journey with Laura Ashley and I couldn’t ask for a better aesthetician! She is incredibly skillful and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to educate me on the process and what to expect and how to care for my skin afterward. From dermaplaning to microneedling she ensures I’m comfortable every step of the way. She customizes treatments to my skin’s needs and the results have been amazing and worth every penny. Beyond her technical skills, Laura Ashley creates a space that is welcoming, comfortable, and completely judgment free. She checks in on me after treatments to see how my skin is doing, offers me helpful guidance for maintaining my results, and makes me feel completely at ease in her chair. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, compassionate, and truly invested in your skincare journey Laura Ashley is the one! I am so grateful for her! Highly recommend!

I received a long facial from Laura-Ashley. You can choose services that are, however, length you’d like. My experience was nothing short of excellent. My skin was so radiant and perfect days following this Facial. I even bragged to my husband about how perfect it looked. I highly recommend services with Laura-Ashley at this salon. I haven’t tried other services yet, in the hair area, but I’d like to! Very nice staff there.

Everyone that works here is so kind and sweet. Gotten facials, massages, and hair cuts here in the past and always left with a full happy heart knowing that the quality of the services received were top tier. More recently I had a really easy experience purchasing a gift card for a Mother's Day gift, their receptionist was so personable and helpful. Will always recommend this place to family, friends, and strangers too!

Laura Ashley has been working on mine and my daughter’s completion issues for a couple months. We switched to Zo products and we have notice a huge improvement! Laura Ashley takes the time to help explain everything and show us how to use all the different products! I have enjoyed letting her work on us to make our skin glow!! I always look forward to my appointments and to see what’s new!

I have been working with Laura Ashley at The Grand for my skincare needs and she has been amazing! We started by getting me on a good skincare regimen using ZO skincare, and have recently started doing routine microneedling sessions to improve my skin texture and smooth out fine lines and acne scarring, as well as correct any hyperpigmentation. I can tell a huge difference in my skin and I finally love the way my skin looks without makeup! Laura Ashley is so knowledgeable about the entire ZO skincare line and seems so passionate about working with a brand that produces real results. I have been so pleased with my experiences with her at The Grand!
