WORST lash extensions I have ever had in the 8 years that Ive been doing this (first and last time at Lash Lounge Manhattan Beach). I had extensive fall out of the extensions just 2 days after my appointment. I got these done for my best friend’s wedding 4 days after my appointment and had to have a fill done because they looked so bad. This was after paying for a Lash Lounge “master” stylist!

I went to the Lash Lounge today for the first time! I was used to getting this service where I was sold skin care treatments, which I did not need!
Lash Lounge is spotlessly clean and comfortable! I requested eyebrow cleaning and tinting! This is exactly what I received! I am “over the moon” with this service! Danae did my eyebrows, and I highly recommend this artist!

I have used their services on 4 different occasions and have never had a bad experience. Super friendly and professional!

Absolutely amazing! Dana was so very kind and welcoming. It was my first time ever getting lashes and Vivian, who did them, really blows it out of the park. Everyone associated there is so kind and warm. Best place to get your lashes done in South Bay!!

I’ve been coming to The Lash Lounge for over a year and they are THE best. I get the classic and they look so flawless and natural. Both Jamie and Jazz are wonderful. I’m always getting compliments on my lashes and I always direct them here!

The Lash Lounge Manhattan Beach has always treated me well. I go see master stylist, Jasmine. She is extremely detailed, takes very good care of my lashes and she’s sweet to talk to. It’s all about the person who does the work of applying the lashes if you’ll get the compliments afterwards - and I get tons of compliments! The place is clean and its usually easy to schedule and change appts. They have good communication and good follow through. During Covid I let my membership get too many credits and they worked with me to use them in a way that worked for me and it was not by the book of their legal policy, so I really appreciated that - or I would have lost money. My only complaint is the music; it’s not bad, but could be better.

The first time I went here was on Jan 9th.
I received a full lash Classic Hybrid set with a “Mink” upgrade.
I paid a pretty good amount of money for this service.. the next day my lashes were half way gone. My lashes were falling off.
I called immediately the next day to make the complaint, they took note, and tried to fit me in but my work schedule was conflicting with those days. They said they would comp me with 20 more lashes when I come back.
So I waited to go back on my scheduled appointment that was due for a refill.
I show up 1/21/22 tell Caitlin my issue and what happened when she did my service on 1/9.
She stated she would use a stronger glue this time around.
I decided to go with the synthetic lashes this time around with the Classic Hybrid Set.
I paid the refill fee and guess what?
My lashes came off again the next day!
And I never got my 20 lashes that was promised to me from my first session due to my lashes falling off.
So I drive all the way back on Sunday (1/23) to show her in person what my lashes look like but she was with a client, even the receptionist noticed how off my lashes were. No lashes on my right eye and lashes falling on the left. Imagine that. … smh.
So now I gotta go back AGAIN and adjust my time and schedule to correct something that should have been completed in the beginning.

I had my first experience here today and it was great! Everyone is welcoming and I couldn’t be happier with my classic set! I highly recommend if you’re searching for a new lash home and will definitely return.
