I don’t normally leave reviews but this is a very unprofessional place. Had an appointment at 1 pm, they asked me to change for 12:30, and I accepted it. As I rush to leave work and get there at 12:30 I ended up being 6 min late and they say they can’t see me anymore and I will be fully charged for the appointment. I doubt the person was busy with someone else, the place was totally empty. They really just try to get free money without doing any work. Unfortunately businesses like this do exist, so be aware.

Lash Extensions:
Can’t recommend Lash Lounge for eyelash extensions. I paid for a hybrid level 2 and got something like looks like I already need a fill. I’d say only have extensions on 50% on my lashes. The lashes that have extensions are placed way too far from my lash line, so my lashes are pointing every where, and just generally look bad. In the photo, you can see how far out they are placed and the chunks missing extensions completely.

This service would originally cost around $350 I think (I got it for $150 on promotion) which is absolutely absurd for what I got.

Lash & Brow Tint:
I got a lash and brow tint a whole back and the only reason why I’m giving 2 stars. They asked a few questions before doing it and really honed in on the color I was wanting. The tint looked great and I was really happy with it. However, if you want them to tint the lower lashes, you have to explicitly ask for that.

I've had many lash lifts/tints and two sets of eyelash extensions with Lacey and one lift/tint with Revee. Lacey is absolutely fabulous and Revee did an excellent job as well. Unfortunately my lash extensions didn't take either time despite Lacey's best efforts but the Lash Lounge management rectified this on their end. I've been very happy with the service and will continue to be a devoted customer.

I've gotten many lash lifts before, and I've never had one that looks like this. I know my lashes sometimes struggle to hold a curl, and I told my tech this, in the hopes that she'd maybe process them a bit longer or do something to help. When I was finished, she told me that "some of my lashes didn't take the curl as well as some others" and that "it takes a few times for your lashes to get used to the curl." Normally, I'd completely agree, but since I've gotten lash lifts before, this doesn't make sense. I've added 2 photos, the first is my results from today, and the second is my results from another lash tech (who was much less expensive and was actually able to help my lashes hold a curl). Great place, very clean, but in my opinion, not worth the money sadly 🙁

They texted me at 7:30pm the night before my 9am appointment to cancel saying I needed to "come in for a separate consult first" when I have been to 2 Lash Lounges before and they did not require this.

Also why wouldn't my fill appointment be changed to the consult instead of fully cancelled? I still went to the studio at 9am to try to reschedule and also understand why my appointment was just "canceled" -- they were not open even though the door clearly had hours 9am - 8pm.

I've left 2 voicemails and still have not heard back from this studio. Although they might do a good job at lashed they should have a better customer service strategy. I will never book with them again.

My lash lift and tint has never turned out this good! I have thick, long lashes that never hold the perm but they have never looked this good after a lift! I could tell they take their time and make sure to do the best job they can do for the customer
