Gabrielle was super professional from the moment I walked into the office. She used fresh gloves and wore a mask. She talked about my routines and expectations making me feel confident in her and this business. She checked in a couple weeks later to see if I was satisfied with the procedure and even though she did a great job, I have stubborn muscles and lines. So she booked me in again to get some touch ups. Again very professional at the office being clean and careful. Two weeks after the follow up and I'm super happy with her work. They also have really good skin care product that I purchased and am very pleased with. I'll be going to Gabriella and The Luxe Room for consistently forever now! Thanks team Luxe gals. 🙂

I've visited The Luxe Room in Boulder now twice and have seen Madison S. for treatments. The space is very calm, serene and beautiful. Everyone that I have come into contact with here has been extremely kind and sincere. Madison is a true professional and I highly recommend her services! She is caring, knowledgeable and thorough. She takes a great deal of time to clearly explain all of the steps of the process and makes sure you are comfortable. She follows up with a thoughtful e-mail after treatment to check in, and she has been wonderful with answering any questions and giving recommendations. In addition, Maria at the front desk is very welcoming and professional in dealing with appointment planning, pricing and answering all of my various questions. She took the time to walk me through each injection point and was incredibly informative, which made me feel so comfortable. I was treated by Nurse Melissa at the Denver location and I cannot speak of her highly enough! For this visit, we did botox and dissolved some old filler. During the consultation, she listened to all of my concerns and ideas, then gave her professional opinion on the best course of action to get me the results I was looking for in the short and long term. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and took her time to ensure the results were natural and balanced. Sometimes, I can get a little woozy with needles but, Nurse Melissa was incredibly caring and patient with me. She made a point to keep me extra numb, took breaks as needed, and even altered her approach part way through dissolving my filler in order to help keep me as comfortable as possible.

It has only been 3 days since my visit, but the results are already kicking in and I am in LOVE. I can't wait to see how I look once everything takes full effect over the next week or two. I have already booked Nurse Melissa for some additional treatments, and have no doubt I will be a long-time repeat client from here on out.

Not only was Nurse Melissa incredible, but the clinic itself was extremely clean, chic and a very positive environment overall. The front desk receptionists were also very friendly and the online booking system was super convenient. Pricing is reasonable and transparent (can find all of the details on their website). I highly recommend the Luxe Room to anyone seeking cosmetic treatments!
