With new management the property is definitely on the upswing. The new manager Ari, has been very attentive to property upkeep and community relations. She keeps an open line for communication. The property itself provides spacious living for the price.

Cons: parking is tough for a family with multiple cars as it one space assigned plus street parking and street parking is brutal.

Been a resident for almost 1 year. Love the apartment size for 2 bedroom pretty spacious there not the usual small apartments. If you need something to get fix they will fix it quick. Calm and peaceful community. Manager is friendly. I love the pool area very relaxing they also have bbq area in the pool. Some apartment have bigger patios on the bottom which is very cool.

Beautiful community! Amazing pool with pool furniture and grill areas. Great people and soon a community Garden Club for everyone to enjoy . We also have tutoring sessions every Friday from 10am to 5pm 😊.

Been living here since 2021. So far so good no problems to complain about!! We have tutors and support. Garden project's! Managers are great!

I have been living here for about 5 months now, maintenance is great, they are super quick to fix any problem we have. Manager Miriam is so nice and has been very helpful since the first day we moved in. She is very quick to answer any questions we have, or fix any complaints we have. She is very on top of everything that goes on in the apartments and in only five months we have seen so many changes going on in the apartments which we love and appreciate.
