services I have had. Tattoo removal is what brought me here but I love it there for other things now. I’d post a pic of the tattoo removal but it’s not time yet.

I love The Natural Place!! I always felt so welcomed and cared for there!! Bridget has exquisite attention to detail and really takes her time with me. I recently got the PRP in my face, which is wild how natural and how much of an upgrade it is. My lines have softened and I have a glow that wasn't there before. It's an involved process, and I felt taken care of every step of the way. I've been to other places where I feel like the technicians are on autopilot and I've never felt that way here. Shelby is amazing too. I feel like they genuinely care about how I feel and look. One time I misunderstood something about a certain treatment, (even though Bridget told me what to expect), for some reason I expected a different result and anyway- she went so far above and beyond to make me happy -even though it was MY BAD for not hearing her. As a small business owner who also prioritizes my clients happiness over being "right," I appreciate and respect that so much. It's rare to find that quality.

My face is very important to me and I'm so grateful I found a medspa I can fully trust and get such a wide variety of treatments from.

I am frustrated I am unable to call nor email for questions about PRP for neck only - Groupon $250 but regular price is $1,000 i am not buying this. I just had my face and neck pen skin with PRP for both face and neck done for $200. I requested groupon to refund my money because I dont have good feelings with this place. No communication nor no access to contact. PRP for neck only what is it? Should not make up about $1,000 for neck only with PRP does not make a sense.

Bridget is a treasure chest full of knowledge over a broad range of subjects. I’ve been going here for 2+ years and I don’t feel the need to go anywhere else because I truly believe this place provides the best care (and I’ve tried others in the past). I’ve gone to Bridget about numerous different kinds of concerns ranging from rosacea, beauty marks, scar correction, KP, wrinkles, diet, etc. and she’s very thorough in her explanations of solutions. I’d give 6 stars if that were possible!

I went to this place three times for PRP treatment, and each visit was frustrating and disappointing. It takes me 45 minutes to get there, so I was really hoping for a smooth experience.

On my first visit, they attempted to draw my blood but poked me five times, blew two of my veins, and ultimately sent me home, insisting they were experienced but that I must be dehydrated. On my second visit, they had a phlebotomist who was able to draw my blood on the first try, so I thought things were improving. However, when I returned for my third visit, I was told that the phlebotomist was only a temp. Once again, they poked me five times, blew a vein, and then finally refunded my money, saying I was just “too hard a poke.”

While I appreciate that they refunded me, the reality is that they are not trained professionals. These are estheticians, not medical experts, and anything requiring real skill is clearly beyond their capabilities. Instead of admitting they weren’t equipped to handle the procedure, they kept insisting they were highly skilled and that the issue was me, which was both frustrating and offensive. I left feeling defeated—but then I went to another provider who had no trouble at all administering my PRP treatment.

Overall, this was a huge waste of time, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bridget is great on what she does. She applies the injections in the right spot and it always looks great and natural. She is also fast in responding to emails and booking appointments.

Amazing friendly, wonderful and professional staff, today was our 3rd round. Ben (The phlebotomist) did a stellar job with the IV. We will definitely be back next month for another IV therapy and foot detox. The front ladies are awesome as well, so fun and great atmosphere!!+
