Ricardo is truly incredible! I look forward to every session with him, and the benefits last for days afterward. When I see him regularly, I notice such a big difference in how I feel. After searching for years, I’m so grateful to have finally found someone I can trust and rely on. He is always punctual, professional, and brings a positive energy to every appointment. Each session is intentional and well-paced, with every minute thoughtfully used. I just had my first massage here. It was 50 minutes. When I left, I signed up for the monthly subscription. I usually don't like to commit to those things, but it was THAT good. The ambience is so relaxing...the lighting, the sounds, the smells...just better than I imagined.

I've been going to the NOW for a few months with the membership. The setting of dim lighting, white noise, and ocean wave sounds create the best sensory experience. I have had some trouble with consistent quality between their massage therapists. Some visits felt hardly worth it or even a tad more uncomfortable than helpful for my chronic pain. But I can't recommend Boon and Silver enough! They are so friendly; and they trace the muscle fibers and tough knots like masters. They both manage to distribute their attention and pressure well enough to make it a full body relaxing experience while caring for those trouble areas. Deep tissue, hemp calm balm, and the new hot stones are great additions to any service. The cost overall is high but if you match well with a therapist it's worth it.

OMG! NOW Massage is such a beautiful place. It is a warm and inviting atmosphere that really allows you to relax before the massage begins.
I had a great massage therapist who had a firm technique to get the knots in my shoulder out. He also provided advice to maintain my body in-between visits.

Also, the staff is communicative and friendly. I plan on being a regular and trying a variety of massages.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very professional. Pauly was an amazing massage therapist! She worked through my entire body and focused on the areas I asked her to with the amount of pressure I asked for. Such a pleasurable experience. I will absolutely be coming back. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my massage with Silver. It was just what I needed. I prefer a quiet massage experience and this was perfect. I also like the setting. It’s different from other spas. I felt like I was at a cozy, boutique-hotel at a secluded beach.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience — especially since this was supposed to be a surprise for my birthday. I arrived a few minutes late because I got lost and couldn’t find parking. Despite explaining the situation, my appointment was immediately canceled. The staff showed no empathy or flexibility, and to make matters worse, they were not friendly at all. Their attitude was cold and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. I understand the importance of punctuality, but unexpected things can happen — especially in a new area. What should have been a special moment turned into a really upsetting experience. I won’t be coming back, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful, kind service.
