I have been to this salon several times. This visit is not the first time they've messed up my hair but this was the worst. I went in for color and wanted a strawberry blonde with blonde highlights. My stylist and I were clearly not on the same page and I felt worried about it but didn't listen to my gut feeling. That was a mistake. She turned my hair orange. I expressed that I didn't like it while still in the chair and she told me to try looking at it in different lighting. I went home and looked at my hair under several different types of lighting. It was orange and awful, nothing like what I asked for. I called the next day as soon as they opened to talk about how much I disliked it. They had me come in that day and I told them to just get me as close to my natural color as possible because I didn't trust that they could get me what I actually wanted. They charged me to do this. Over the weekend I spent $400 for them to ruin my hair. The color is still not right. I can still see the hideous orange coming through in what they've done. My stylist had the nerve to look me in the eye and tell me, "I did what you asked me to do." No, you absolutely did not. No one asks for orange hair.

Collette is wonderful! She does such an amazing job with color that my hair looks just like my kids’ natural highlights. She also does fantastic cuts. She listens, makes suggestions, and really cares about giving me exactly what I want. Oh, and her blow outs are the best! I always walk out with the perfect soft, shiny, voluminous hair. She is also such a sweet, warm, caring person, it’s fun to see her and catch up each time I’m in her chair. I highly recommend her.
