The owner is awesome. I was introduced to her when she participated in a back to school event at the boys and girls club in Fayetteville. She is a spiritual amiable who wants to give back, a wholeheartedly young lady. She was instrumental in assisting me with products warranted due to the loss of hair. It's working. She's professional and knowledgeable. Service with a smile. Thanks, you're appreciated. If you stop by once, you will return. I'm out of town, will definitely, come to get my products from her. I had came in looking for some hair a day before christmas eve. And the owner was nice, but I had also had my child with me. She was helpful then made a rude comment about my hygiene, and I blew it off acting like it was nothing. Then when I got to the counter she made the rude remark again, not asking how my day was or anything. After, I left I realized she will NOT be getting my business anymore, it’s definitely a form of professional customer service for a black hair store and she didn’t fulfill that. Especially in front of my child. I thought it was strange she didn’t say that to anyone else that came in but also tried to give me a free gift at the end. So, with that said she will not be getting my service anymore.

The service was amazing! The store immaculate! The owner is so kind and helpful. We had a slight hair disaster the day before prom. As my daughter said the Goddess locks “weren’t giving “ The owner gave great tips and advice. We got beautiful hair charms and great hair products at a reasonable price. This business deserves 10 stars. Update it wasn’t fixed it’s worse. we will be calling tomorrow morning to set up an appointment with you. Thank you

I just moved to the area and i was looking for a good wig store, i saw this one had the best reviews even though i live 20 minutes away it was definitely worth it. I walked into the store it was my first time and she greeted us as soon as we walked inside. Told me a bunch of products that she likes and are popular products around the store, and she even has a bucket where you can request products. She was doing a sale so I got a wig for free! I absolutely love the energy i received and can now be happy i’ve found a wig store down in this area. I will definitely be a regular here update: I come her every time i need a new wig now! she is always having deals and works with you when you’re looking for something. The owner is absolutely the sweetest person. I love coming to this store! she is opening up a new store that focuses on wig and i’m so excited for her. Y’all definitely have to come here if you’re looking for a good hair store in the area!

I came here to purchase hair so I could make a ponytail extension for a special event.
I'm a white woman, and I didn't want to seem like I was imposing, but she was so helpful and made me feel welcome.

She showed me the different types of hair, what I'd need, and helped me color match it to my own. They have lots of nice wigs and accessories here that are really affordable:)

Me and my mom come on multiple occasions but the sign says that the store opens at 10am (tuesday) and we’ve been sitting outside for an hour now its almost 11am and still no show. We tried calling and texting there is still no reply I think this very unprofessional.
