If you're in the market for a new mattress, this is the best place to buy! We were going to pass on checking out this place, but I'm so glad we didn't. Shane came in on a Sunday to help us pick out our mattress, and he was patient and helpful the whole time. The deals are unbeatable! Our new mattress came in under half of what we were quoted everywhere else. We left with more than we asked for and for the lowest price around.

I've been sleeping on an 18" king size air mattress for a couple of years, which was not that great. I had less than 24 hours to prepare for emergency surgery, and couldn't stand the thought of one more night like that. I wanted a split king adjustible bed so that I could sit up without disturbing my partner. After I laid around for an hour deciding, Shane fit me into his already busy delivery schedule for the same day so I could get some real sleep before surgery. I took home some of his split king bamboo sheets to pre-wash. Shane and his worker were 10 minutes early and worked very hard to put the frames together and test them. I slept better than I have in several months! Now that I'm recovering, this bed is a lifesaver. I've been sleeping on my back, which I normally can't do, but with the adjustible frame and elevation, it works great for me. These Sealy mattresses are the most comfortable mattresses I've ever had. The bamboo sheets are wonderful. I absolutely LOVE this bed, and so does my partner. We have been joking that we never want to get out of bed again. THANK YOU Shane. I should have done this much sooner, but it's better late than never.

LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!! Awesome service! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and helped find the right fit and functionality for are sleep positions and What would be best for a guy with a bad back! You spend half your life in bed so get a good one. Prices was way lower for same product at other stores. THEY HAVE LIFETIME WARRANTY . This is unheard of , you can’t beat that!!

I recently had the opportunity to try my girlfriend's split king adjustable bed she had purchased here. Wow, what a game changer. Super comfortable and well worth the cost. A real treat to be fully rested and very nice to be able to sit up comfortably in bed when needed. This bed will more than pay for itself with the added productivity a great sleep provides. So we bought a $72,000 Montana fifth wheel new off the lot several years ago. The problem is it had a $39 mattress in it. Both my wife and I have back problems and neither of us could sleep in our camper very well. Someone told me to buy a great mattress and a great pair of shoes, because you’re going to spend your life in one or the other.

Enter Shane King and the Pillow Top Factory! Heidi and I stopped in and presented our dilemma at their convenient well stocked showroom on main st in Marinette. With great expertise he showed us everything we could possibly want to know about a mattress … we ended up selecting the Black Pearl. They had it custom-made to our camper dimensions, which are bigger than a queen and smaller than a king. It fit like a glove.

My only regret is that I didn’t get one made the day I bought the camper in 2016. I can’t tell you how comfortable it is, and how happy we are with our experience!

You can trust Pillow Top, and the King Family for one of the most comfortable nights sleep you have ever had. I will probably be back to get a Black Pearl Mattress for our bedroom at home, cause now I’m spoiled!!!

Business refused to sell me a bed unless I came into their location and met them face to face and laid on the bed first.

Ended up ordering online and not local from a business that didn't have such strict requirements in order for me to give them my money. Said I didn't want to do that and was refused per their policy. (they were never rude at any time ).

If you don't want to have to make a trip to a store and dont want to listen to a mandatory face to face sales pitch you should go elsewhere.

They only want your money if you come in and talk to them directly.
