Don't hesitate book your appointment. Jerry is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns regarding your massage needs. I have been seeing him for the last few months and when I leave his office I feel relaxed and pain free. Usually I go in with shoulder, neck and lower back pain but he can help with a variety of concerns. He has a variety of techniques and equipment that I haven't found other massage places use. He has helped both my husband and son with pain related to physical fitness and stress. Again don't hesitate to book your appointment because Jerry will take good care of you.

I went in for a prenatal massage at 37 weeks pregnant. I was having some back pain and this helped so much. Jerry was so professional and made me feel very relaxed. He mentioned that perhaps they should offer a pregnancy package of 3 massages that can be used during and after pregnancy. I think that’s a great idea - what a stellar baby shower gift that would be!

If I could leave 10 stars ⭐️!! I began gong to the recovery spa after I had an accident/injury after being referred by my physical therapist, and it was the best decision ever! My husband even started seeing Jerry for all of our recovery needs or for plain ol’ relaxation! Jerry really listens to your needs and his hands work all the magic!! The spa is such an amazing atmosphere to day the least! The minute you walk in you feel like a million bucks! They also have a beautiful lady named Serena doing facial services(I have yet to book with her!) and don’t even get me started on the amazing candles they also sell! All around best spa I have ever been too! Thanks Jerry!!

This place is a true gem! I’ve traveled near and far for facials throughout the years, but I have fallen in love with what the Recovery Spa has to offer! The moment you walk in, the decor and cleanliness are great. Then you walk into Serena’s room for your session immediately welcomed with a calmness wash over you with the ambience, a wonderful welcome drink, and diffused fragrance. Yet, the most important aspect the sanitation sign on the treatment bed, which literally feels like you’re climbing into 800 thread count sheets of a luxurious hotel bed that she adjust to your liking. Serena always examines your skin to suggest the best treatment option because we all know our skin responds to different seasons and needs. I’ve caught myself doze off a few times as she continues her work, which goes to show how relaxed you become during your session. I think it’s the lavender infused steam towels and her gentle application and massage during treatment. ☺️ Then the fruit infused hydration water that’s offered at the very end of your session is so refreshing and just what you need to remind yourself to get that water intake. I’ve enjoyed my sessions I’ve had over the past few months so tremendously, that after my recommendation to my two sisters and mom they have visited the Recovery Spa and Serena and sing the same praise. Looking forward to all the other services The Recovery Spa has to offer in the future!

I have been going to the Recovery Spa for several months now. I look forward to it because it’s such a relaxing, enjoyable and just calming time!!! When I leave the spa I feel like my mental and physical stress goes away. The environment at the spa is beyond pleasant and calming. Serena does an amazing job making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have recommended this beautiful place to many and they all have agreed that it’s well worth splurging ourselves here.

This place is amazing and everything I hoped for when I booked. Went the day before thanksgiving and feel so thankful that I did. Definitely coming down from Sacramento when I need his services, look forward to going back soon!
