This place is the best. Always has the latest essential oils and current trending treatments. They have an extensive knowledge of what they are doing and the customer service is great. You walk out feeling like a million bucks. Kristin is really great she knows so much and can really get rid of your knots.

The Sanctuary is perfectly named! Their incredible massage therapists have truly saved me time and time again. A few days ago, I was having a flare up of my hiatal hernia and I got an incredible abdominal massage that relieved my pain immediately! I was able to finally eat and sleep pain free. They have also helped me so much with my tendinitis in my elbows, neck pain, migraines, and stress. Their massage therapists always take time to really understand what’s going on in my body and provide the right care. And the best part is, all of the add ons (like cupping and gua sha) are FREE! If you are looking to get a massage, you cannot go wrong with The Sanctuary. Go book yourself a massage, you deserve it!

I attended a workshop of essential oils and other nutrition products conducted by Kristin Kohs the director of the sanctuary spa I learnt a lot about managing stress and living a balanced healthy life using day to day products.

All the therapists are certified as medical providers so have continued to work through the pandemic, providing service with the utmost of care and professionalism, being sure to observe all Covid safety protocols. Malissa is especially exceptional! She has gone out of her way to customize my treatments so they are exactly what I need. She is friendly and warm... really listens to my specific needs... and gives me massages and treatments that leave me feeling wonderful!
