Aubrey, what can I say about her? She is an amazing human. I don’t know how she does it, but I can walk in not feeling good and she knows the exact area to target and get me back up and feeling great again. This is not your in and out massage, she really takes time to get to know you and helps get you and your body back to health.

Aubrey has a profound ability to read the body. She listens to the breath, or lack there of, and guides the body to soften through mindful breathing and trust. Aubrey is a very gentle soul; it only takes a moment to trust her and her ability. I was able to quickly “drop in” to an experience of relief! Relief that my pain quickly dissipated, and the profound experience was getting off the table. After my massage with Aubrey, my pain-gone, has remained gone. Every time I pass through the Colorado Springs area, I book with Aubrey.
