The shape of my brows has never looked better. Kris knows how to keep my brows full and tint them in a way that complements my face and hair perfectly. Kris provides a stellar space full of light and love. Her facials are top notch! My skin feels really fresh and looks rejuvenated. It's a whole thing, but with Kris, it's all the little things! Can't wait to lie on the roller with the orchids next time I come in!

Does anyone enjoy the waxing experience? No! So, how does Kris make it pleasant? As I was leaving my last appointment I said how relaxed I was. Well, as relaxed as I could be, right? :) Kris is super friendly and personable. She knows her stuff and will give advice upon request, she doesn't force her opinions or preferences on you. She goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients and make the experience a pleasant one. Book early! I always book at least 8 weeks out.

Kris is fantastic! She’s very personable and very detail oriented. The wax she uses is easy on your skin. You almost don’t even know you are getting a wax! Almost pain free! Her shop is always clean and decorated for each season. She’s got great style! She warmly greets you at the door when you arrive. I highly recommend Kris and the Wax Room!

Kris at The Wax Room provides the best service and client experience of any salon I’ve been to. Kris will always recommend what will work best for you and she has a great depth of knowledge. The salon is always spotlessly clean and every service I’ve had is of the highest standard. Kris is a very friendly and easy to get on with. The Wax Room is conveniently located in downtown Rogers and there is always parking right outside the door. The pretty flower pots outside always make me smile- as does Kris!

Kris is literally the coolest, nicest, and friendliest person I have ever met. She makes you feel so comfortable. I book and tell my friends to book in advance, cuz she is the best around and stays busy!! I recommend her to anyone that needs anything waxed!!!

The Wax Room is a phenomenal experience!!! Kris sincerely loves what she does, and it shows during each visit! My eyebrows always tend to look bad.. no matter how great the shape is (as I am a red-head and have translucent to dark auburn in my brows).... When I started seeing Kris, her immediate thought to this was.. "Let's dye them!" I was hesitant at first, but trusted her - I am soooooo happy I did! They were PERFECT! She was able to match my natural red hair color, which I didn't even think was possible! My friends thoughts after were "hey, you are never allowed to go anywhere else! That look really completes you"! All that being said, Kris is a wonderful presence for anything from needing to have a friend to talk to, if you need a good laugh, or if you need the positive energy of silence. Amazing!! I've had numerous esticians in multiple cities over the past 15+ years, and Kris is by far the best! She is kind, smart, and somehow makes it less painful.
