Wanted to buy some nice candles for the season. However, they have some horrible nasty, unruling music on that. You can't even shop, there's no peace.

Turn it off corporate.

I talked to the poor salesgirl. Who said she had no control over it.

White Barn has the best candles. They are always the best scented candles around. When lit they produce a stronger more consistent scent than any other store bout candles I’ve tried.

There are almost always sales going on, so it’s easy to find a deal.

The staff is always willing to assist, and are very friendly.

Quality scented candles that don’t break the bank. The staff are always friendly and helpful even during holiday sale events:) I just wish they would start to recycle empty glass containers.

Customer service: friendly but kind of irritated. Willing to help but will not approach you. Slow at register and not accurate (several occasions, I was charged with mutiple items that I did not purchase).

Products: Home fragrance! Candles, wall flowers, refills, room sprays, accessories. They're a tad expensive but you get what you pay for. I would suggest waiting for a sale or using a coupon.

Accessiblity: VERY tight. You can get around with a wheelchair or stroller but it will be a challenge. The displays also make it difficult to reach items if you are unable to reach tall places or strange angles.

Environment: overall, calm and cleanly. My only complaint is that every time I go, there are always cardboard boxes with candles sitting out, not being tended to. If the candles found a proper home, accessiblity could be increased.

Could be better, could be worse.

Be careful in purchasing Henri Bendel candles at this store. Some on the shelf are older stock. Older candles do not burn as well and do not have the signature scent that a Bendel candle is so well known for.

We've tryed many different candles and so far white barn candles are our favorite, catch their sales and you can't go wrong with these!

Great candles. I don't know how they make them but they have great scent selection that doesn't give me any allergies.
