I came into home goods and saw what my husband and I needed. But we want two. Nancy was super helpful and even got her Manager to help us by texting other managers at different stores to find it. Talk about customer service here!! Kudos to the manager in training someone like Nancy. And to the manager (Jennifer) for going above and Beyond. We thank you for helping in our must have piece.

After being a loyal customer at TJ Maxx for so long, the day finally came when I had to consider shopping elsewhere. Yesterday, I visited the TJ Maxx in Westminster, even though I live far from that location. I went with my 4-year-old child and, on top of that, I am currently pregnant.

While I was shopping, I suddenly realized that my phone had run out of battery. Knowing that I always use Apple Pay to make my purchases, I started to worry because, unfortunately, I hadn’t brought any physical cards, cash, or even a charger with me. I approached a staff member and kindly asked if they could help me charge my phone— I only needed 3% battery to complete my payment. She used her walkie-talkie to ask around, but no one had an iPhone charger.

So, I asked, “Don’t you sell iPhone chargers here?” and she confirmed that they did, in the electronics section. Feeling somewhat relieved, I continued shopping, grabbed an iPhone charger with the intention of buying it, and thought that maybe they could allow me to plug it in at the register for just a moment—just enough to power my phone while they attended to other customers. That way, I could pay for everything, including the charger.

However, when the cashier asked the manager, the response was a flat-out no. I completely understand that stores have policies, and I respect that. But at a basic human level, it was disappointing to see that no one was willing to help me, even in such a simple way. There was no empathy, no effort, not even the slightest intention to assist someone in need. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a few moments to charge my phone so I could complete my purchase.

After this experience, I don’t feel inclined to continue shopping at TJ Maxx. Being a loyal customer should mean more than just transactions—it should also mean being treated with kindness and understanding.

We just had an amazing visit to this Home Goods. The store manager was excellent and so friendly! She marked down a chair additionally for us that had a little wear and tear. We also got helped to the car by Davon and Maddie who were so cheerful and friendly. I haven’t been to a store recently that had employees who were so friendly and seemed happy to be there! Definitely the sign of a great management team. Thank you!!

I absolutely enjoyed tjmaxx and home. Goods We found so many good things there for Christmas. I love their marshmallow foods that they have. I found a lot of Christmas skirts. They got a lot of really good stuff there and for a reasonable price.

This location has a Home Goods and Tjmaxx connected. Great selection of home goods but clothing area not that great. Maybe due to the recent holiday. Seem very bare on that side of the store compared to the home selection.

So Junky!
They shove items on the shelves. Items are broken, unaccessible, and difficult to maneuver through. I feel like I'm at a garage sale when shopping here.
They used to spread holiday items on the bigger shelves, and now it's all squeezed onto a few smaller shelves by the front door. The bigger items are all squished onto the remaining floor space. You can't even get to these items!
Typically, employees are having a gab session, particularly a gentleman.
The whole place is just one big mess.

TJMaxx is a great stop for nike socks, cute clothing sets for our babies, some times it's the so random find in here that makes it a 5 star!!

This location is incredibly clean. They have a large selection and my only regret is that I was traveling and could not buy ALL the Halloween items I wanted as my suitcase is only so big. Checkout was smooth as well.
