I LOVE Top to Bottom! I’ve been getting my legs waxed there for two years. I always leave with smooth legs and have gotten great advice from everyone there. The location is beautifully and very comfortable. Su and Celeste provided excellent service and expertise regarding my permanent make-up. Celeste did a great job on my brows and I'm looking forward to coming back for my touch-up and lip color next (I had lip color done somewhere else and they are going to get it corrected and matching my skin tone better). Celeste did the microblading and shading for my eyebrows and I am IN LOVE with the results. My brows were over tweezed and almost non-existant. I spent most of makeup routine just drawing them on, but now I can wash my face, moisturize and go. 100% recommend Celeste!!!
