Place is unorganized especially behind the counter . Very disappointed in my visit. Not a 5 star establishment. Waited 20 minutes just to tell me the hair I wanted is at the warehouse . Lastly couldn’t even touch the human hair. This is why I don’t support black owned businesses. Not being about to touch the texture of the hair which is already expensive as is , is crazy
