Kylie exceeded all expectations! Finding a reputable esthetician that specializes in a good, full Brazilian wax is hard to find around here, but Tough Cookie Waxing is the diamond in the rough.

A clean environment, kind hospitality, and the upmost professionalism Is what I got when I arrived at TCW.

By the way, I got a text from the company explaining in detail exactly how to find the place and where to park which was super helpful since I’m not from the area. 10/10 would recommend over and over again!

I recently booked an appointment, I quickly realized that this place was cozy, it was warm, it was welcoming. As soon as I walked in there was an extremely kind woman named Kylie. She was the absolute sweetest, and really made the experience great. I felt comfortable, and had wonderful conversation that made me love her and her vibes. I found the place to be extremely clean, professional, and overall very nicely decorated. I loved the home feeling it gave, and if you ever are on the fence, book your appointment here.
