My first visit was to review my blood test hormone panel. Candi Lobenstein was not just professional, experienced, and thorough in her knowledgable review of my overall health and the panel results, she took time to explain all questions or concerns. I have a medical issue that showed up which, out of caution, prevents me from beginning hormone treatment until addressed. Candi spoke with one of her contacts, got his recommendation for best testing option in my situation, and updated my GP with that information for arranging tests. At a time when I could very well feel anxious, I feel protected and calm. There is nothing that is better.

I started seeing Candi at Transcend in September 2019 for Botox. I had a wedding to go to and wanted to look my best. I continue to find her caring, knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to explain to me, the risks, side effects and expectations in great length. She did not make promises she couldn’t keep, which I truly appreciated. She also warned that a couple of my “problem areas”, would most likely take more than one visit. I now have been going to see her for not only my Botox but have started using the skin care products she has called Obagi, and I’m thrilled.
