My husband wanted to book me a massage and facial at Hand & Stone for my Mother’s Day gift, but I insisted on supporting a local business and suggested Trees Bodyworks. I had a massage and facial scheduled for the Friday before Memorial Day at 10am and even took the day off from work to have a Me day. I received a call at 8:50am from Natalie (not my therapist) an hour before my appointment, that my massage therapist had a family emergency and needed to reschedule me. Totally understandable, I get it, things happen out of the blue, so I rescheduled it for Monday at 11am. She was even kind enough to say she would comp my facial for the inconvenience. I called twice an hour earlier to confirm my appointment was still standing and no one answered. I noticed that their hours online said they were closed until noon which then worried me that there wasn’t an appointment. I get there at 10:45, the doors were locked, but luckily there was a therapist that opened the door and she asked if I was Kelly, to which I said no. And she said she doesn’t see my name on the schedule for today. She asked who I was scheduled with, and I said Sarah, and she asked me if they didn’t call me. I said they called me on Friday to reschedule for today at 11am. After she dug for more info, it seems that Natalie didn’t move my appointment, my appointment was canceled, and I had no appointment. The therapist that opened the door for me today, she mentioned Sarah had to have surgery, which I understand, but a phone call or a reschedule would’ve been nice. This was the second failed attempt on Trees Bodyworks part and all I wanted was to support a small local business instead of a big chain for my me day. I’m extremely disappointed. There wasn’t any accommodation given on this second failed attempt, no reschedule was offered, absolutely nothing. I HATE giving small businesses a low rating or bad review, but I truly feel this experience justified one. Their communication really needs some work.

I saw Sarah on Sunday morning. This is my first massage as an adult. I went in for shoulders and neck, and she worked those out great. I gave her 5 stars, because I didn't tell her about my lower back pain (I've assumed it was a lost cause) but when she stretched my legs (towards the end of my massage) it popped. I have not felt this relief in over 8 years. I'm actually amazed. I've tried so many things over the years to get rid of that pain and she got it done in 80 minutes.

Was gifted this massage by my sweet husband and absolutely loved it. Sarah was my massage therapist and she totally nailed it. Best prenatal massage I’ve ever had. Like she could read my mind. Usually prenatal massages are just weak Swedish massages, but this was absolute pro. She hit pressure points on my spine and tail bone, relieving pressure. She stretched me out since I mentioned my hips giving me issues. She spent tons of time on each specific spot that were bothering me. And she was very friendly and caring. Will definitely get more prenatal massages from her throughout this pregnancy!

This is my first time to go to a massage EVER and Natalie was great and pleasant. I was comfortable the whole time and felt relaxed and she have good hands ———— 2nd experience- I went in with sore neck muscles and she knows the techniques! Everybody should try her one time. She made me feel comfortable and helped me relaxed when i triggered my own anxiety. She’s really awesome

Best massage ever!! Not only did Leanna give me an excellent massage, but she was also kind. The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. They are also taking every precaution during this time of Covid. I felt very safe. I've already scheduled my next appointment and referred my coworkers.

Been twice to this place and Nathalie is the best there is. My back had been giving me problems and just after the first session I started to feel less pressure on my back. She has solid pressure with her hands and the ambiance just puts you in the most relaxed state. Will continue to come back.

My mom booked an appointment for me at Trees Bodyworks as a college graduation gift, and I’m glad she did. Overall, it was very nice and welcoming. The waiting area and rooms were so tastefully decorated, with nice ambiance lighting and music. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. Sarah was very friendly and professional. I felt that she knew what she was doing, and that my input mattered. I was given several opportunities beforehand to identify muscles I wanted Sarah to focus on, as well as areas I would like her to avoid for medical or personal reasons. I recommend Trees Bodyworks to anyone seeking a little relaxation! I plan to visit her again when I have the opportunity!
