A wonderful gem of a place! Super friendly receptionist/manager, and easy check-in, check-out process. Most affordable AND high quality salon services in town. Cheaper than Great Clips (just $15 without a wash), yet on par (or exceeding) the expertise and artistry of any high-end salon. Kim is outstanding with her delightful personality and pro-level hair savvy. She did wonders for the pixie I'm growing out, shaping and trimming the back and neck with style and femininity. My new favorite hair salon!!

They ruined my hair. I asked for my hair to be thinned and at first they just started grabbing pieces in the middle of my hair and started cutting it. And they don’t know how to cut thick hair if you can’t tell. My hair is very uneven, they don’t know what they’re doing. I understand it’s a place where they’re learning how to cut hair, but I suggest you guys should go somewhere else if you don’t want you hair to look uneven and ruined.

I know they’re learning there. I wanted to support them, till I seen the outcome. Gotta be very open when you choose that place.. But I’m not going back over there. Only looked bleached and I asked for Copper. Shear Excellence did an amazing job fixing them to my liking.

They simply wasted my time. I called ahead and asked if they had time to perform a service. They said they did. I drove to the salon and waited 45 minutes to be told they didn’t have time that day. I understand not being able to provide a service, just please be honest with people about it so as not to waste their time.

i brought my girlfriend here to get a fade and was left with this. even after going back in because it was done poorly they continued to cut her hair completely incorrectly. my girlfriend has incredibly thick and straight hair because she is native and they had no tools to figure out how to adapt to that and it was noticeable. i still am going to have to help her shape it up after we left the second time, they raked through her hair with thinning scissors for 5 mins and were surprised it didn’t suddenly stand up and behave as they wanted. i thought younger people in the industry would be more inclusive to different hair types.

This place was not crowded at all at 10:45 am on a Monday morning. I think that I was in and out within 30 minutes or so.

Girl was chatty and went right to work.

I am not too sure if this ace is as busy as it used to be before they moved but it is definitely not as convenient as it used to be to get to whe. It was o. FIREWEED lane

Walked in and waited less than a minute before being taken back for my haircut. They were friendly and attentive. Great price too! I think it was ~$15 for a women's haircut.
