FRAUDSTER! STAY FAR AWAY! Chad is a horrible stylist, failed to deliver, and almost ruined my hair. He was abrasive, rude, and lacks the ability to work with color. I asked him for blond highlights and as you can see from the five inches of brown roots in the photo no highlights stayed. When I asked him to please fix it or reimburse me, he refused to do either. He has a horrible attitude and lacks the talent to back it.

I recently moved to Jackson, excited about all the kind, warm, and honest people I’ve met. Chad is the first and hopefully last to disappoint.

Save your money, go elsewhere.

I’m pretty sure that Tina Turner wrote “Simply the Best” about Chad. I can’t think of who else it could be about.

I moved from New York and had to kiss a few frogs before finding my hair prince (a month prior someone in Jackson gave me Geri spice highlights after having asked her to keep my hair the same, just bringing up the color- instead she didn’t charge me and gave me free shampoo) Chad took my streaked, fried, red hair and somehow had me walking out with Jessica Alba locks. I’ve been to him several times now and I’m so grateful to have him for my stylist. He’s simply the BEST! 🙂

I’m not sure how many stars this warrants. I made an appointment for my young daughter (who lives seasonally in Jackson) as a birthday gift. I couldn’t get an appointment for a month out. I emailed with questions because I wanted to make sure about the service and that it would be right for her hair. No response.
The day of the appointment came and I received an email from Chad saying he had a family emergency and needed to cancel. I understood and asked when I could get her scheduled again. I’ve received no response yet so I can only assume he doesn’t want to accommodate her. It’s a bummer because she really needed the hair treatment I scheduled for her. Now I’ll just have to wait for her to visit Salt Lake to get it done. 😞 Maybe it’s for the better since now I’ve seen the reviews on Google and the last thing she needs is the possibility of having the negative experience some reviewers had. He probably is great but we didn’t have a chance to experience that.
I always start with 5 stars. But waiting for a month takes off a star. Not responding to emails (if you don’t want to answer business emails don’t list it as an option) takes off a star. And not responding to reschedule something YOU canceled takes off a star. Disappointment from my daughter looking forward to having this service takes off a star. That’s 1 star. I’d add a star back for emailing to let me know he had to cancel. But you never know if a family emergency on a Friday night is really an emergency or something better came up. 🤷‍♀️ But I will give it the benefit of the doubt. So I guess this business deserves 2 stars from me.
