This is the 2nd time coming to this place and they make you wait more than an hour in the waiting room and another hour inside the doctors room. The doctor doesn't even show up until hours later. Terrible service. I've been in third world countries which take care of patients way better than here.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Alejandra Martinez-Chavira, PA-C was the provider that I am so glad was my provider at the time of my consultation for my on going and worsening acne. The treatment regimen she put me on was very easy to follow. My acne has improved tremendously. I am so grateful for her care and for helping restore my self esteem.

These people have absolutely NO idea how to treat skin cancer. They just want to cut my husband up. We have been told by doctors in Arizona that he needs a skin donor because ALL his skin is compromised. These people refuse to refer my husband to UCLA for treatment. Like most doctors in California, these people are only in it for the money and do not care about the pain that clients are in. No need to do a biopsy when my husband has had a diagnosis of Basil Cell Carcinoma since 1993. We didn't need these idiots to tell us that. They spread the cancer for selfish reasons... money. I hope they all rot it hell.

My first time visiting this office was a few days ago. The staff is very friendly and professional. As I was waiting to see the provider, Kassandra was very polite and respectful to people calling the office. I go back in 4 weeks, looking forward to my appointment . Highly recommend.

My experience here was only positive from beginning to end. The staff is incredibly helpful and always moving at a fast pace. The staff seemed very organized and never seemed to have trouble finding my files and assisting me in a timely manner. I have never had an appointment where there was any sort of difficulty with the technology. Operations always seems to be moving smoothly. The inside of the office has a very nice, modern look that’s very easy on the eyes. Overall, I have enjoyed each and every one of my visits and the staff that helped me each time.

I have been coming to Try Valley for a few years now and could not be happier with my skin results from monthly facials with some of the nicest and professional aestheticians (Jina and Lola)to preventative treatments with one of their great providers Alejandra Martinez PA, l would give them my highest recommendation!!

I have suffered from chronic hives for 7 years they appeared randomly out of no where. I don't know what causes them and I am forced to take allergy pills on daily bases which are starting to give me sight effects if I ignore the itching it turns in to a respiratory issues so I visited 3 allergy doctors. 3 doctor did a full test including blood and everything turned out negative yet I still break out on daily bases. I was recommended to this guys to see if they could do something for me. they ran blood test and I was provided with allergy pills which i was only able to take for 3 weeks before i started getting headaches. I was told the next step to was to do a biopsy which was a month out. I showed up ready for the test just so that the person that was going to the biopsy could question and compare his panels to mine and turned me away saying there was nothing else they could do for me, mean while this morning I feel stuff crawling on my face before breaking in to hives. I have to tell you my drive from my house to this place is 50 minutes and to be told on the day of a biopsy that because my numbers looked better then the doctor's not doing the biopsy was completely unacceptable.
