This store is amazing and the staff is wonderful. I have a 15 year old suitcase that has been through a lot over the years. My first one lasted over 20. It was time for a few minor repairs and Marisol was super helpful. The entire repair process took just over a week. I highly recommend Tumi if you love to travel and want something that is not only beautiful but will also last.

They usually have a great selection and I often pick something up but have gone in a few times where it seamed like it was just bottom of the barrel items no one wants.
