I visit this store every time im in the area. I like Tumi products, they are expensive but you get what you paid for, really good quality bags. I purchased four bags from this store so far and i loved them bags. Good people and customer service. ❤️😀

The price is ok, 25% off for some of the less popular items, but they don’t have a big enough selection. The female shop assistant/cashier was pretty rude when I asked for additional information and an extra bag. For better shop experience I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Failed to retain mall customers. 1 Middle eastern and 1 blonde lady working there think their store is 'Louis Vuitton'. They don't like visitors. I was given look that I can't buy or don't know TUMI brand. I showed them my TUMI wallet and other accessories while storming out and told them "You just lost your repeat customer to this store". Pathetic. Racist staff working there.
