Seen pretty quickly in ER for broken ankle but never medicated for the pain from it- had to wait till the next day for my son to be able to fill prescription when pharmacy opened. They also put in the record that my son lived with me which is incorrect. Though he spent the night, i question their reasoning about sending me home NWB to a trilevel with no bathroom on main level and my inability to get to needed levels.

Please don't waste your time here, if its an emergency I urge you, find another hospital.

Plenty of the folks I talked to were nice enough, but we received no help at UCHealth Broomfield.

Bringing my friend here was a mistake. Unable to keep even the smallest amount of liquid down, she was discharged, delirious and incoherent, without so much as IV fluids.

I asked everyone I could find for more help, to explain why we were being discharged. I tried desperatly to contact a patient advocate, I was told to find another hospital.

Well we did go to another hospital, where she was immediately given the care and attention she needed. The difference has honestly been disturbing. After multiple rounds of fluids they're looking to admit her because of the dangerous amount of weight she's lost which UCHealth had documented and was aware of.

Seeing other reviews it is evident there are severe biases in the ER, and a glaring overall lack of care and compassion.

Please take the only good advice I was given at UCHealth: "Find another hospital"

One of the best hospitals. Been here probably over 20 times in the last few years. Even in my past active addiction, the staff was nothing but kind caring patient and helpful. I've never waited over 20 min to be seen. Everyone is super kind and caring. They've taken care of me with respect, gentleness and genuine care. From thinking I was overdosing to having pain in my side, they've been there for me. I would trust this hospital with any friends and family. Thank you broomfield for being there for me thru my hardest days and always doing your job from the heart. 🖤

Had the best experience with an ultrasound appointment here. It was not busy and the staff was all so nice and helpful. The ultrasound tech was great and I had my report complete from the radiologist within 30 minutes of leaving!

I went here last month for anti depressant withdrawals. After one urgent care refused to see me and another didn’t know how to give and IV this was the last hope I had to feel any better. I called and even made sure you could treat me for this and was told yes. I wasn’t looking for much just maybe some anti nausea meds and fluids as there’s nothing you can really do and I knew that. When the er doctor came back and asked if I was there for alcohol withdrawals I was very confused and corrected him. Somehow it is listed I was there for alcohol issues and I have now had 3 doctors ask about it. I was still given rehab info and alcoholic info even after correction. Not to mention the staff looking at me so strange when I was explaining my symptoms but yet a simple google search will tell you the medication I was going through withdrawals from is very common in almost anyone who takes it and stops the medication. It made me feel genuinely crazy expressing how I was feeling and the nurses repeating what I said back to me in a questioning tone as if it was so hard to believe. They wanted to give me the medication I was going through withdrawals from and I ended up just leaving. I went to another er a few days after and they pushed fluids and gave me anti nausea medicine and that’s all I genuinely needed. You guys made me feel crazy for even going to the er. Now I’m speaking to the document department to get the alcohol thing resolved. You guys did nothing for me besides list me as an alcoholic and make me feel crazy for even going in.

Two Emergency room visits with severe chest pain, sent on my way with no diagnosis. Showed up to Good Samaritan with my ruptured gallbladder and they did emergency surgery. UC health couldn't be bothered with running standard tests almost killing me from sepsis.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I was recovering from pneumonia. So my friend gave ne some food that was from a restaurant that ignored allergy listing. I did not know I ate something I was highly allergic to. Soon after, all of sudden, I experienced Sharp stabbing pains down my arm, felt like someone was stabbing a knife right into my chest. It hurt so bad that I couldn't barely take a breath. It felt like someone shot my stomach with sharp stabbing pain through it. My airway started to close up, making it very hard to breathe. I was even wheezing. I got instantly dizzy and weak that I can barely even sit/ stand. Also, I kept on violently puking. They had me waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours. Finally took me back. Nobody came in and checked on me, even a nurse. After 5 hours later, the dr came in and said I just had a "cold" and faking my symptoms. he mentioned some of symptoms, which is did not presented. He finally listened to my lungs and realized I was having a hard time breathing. Gave me a breathing treatment and nausea meditation, which didnt work and sent me home. When I got home, I fainted with lack of oxygen to my brain and was rushed to a different ER. Which they found out, I was experiencing a life threatening allergic reaction. They gave me benadryl and put a tube down my throat so I can breath.

The staff and Dr here is Very incompetent. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE

From the moment I drove up to ER. The professional warm vibes or obvious. Continued with the staff registration. Immediate personal care from the entire emergency room staff They all have the best attitudes around.
Dr Keenan is exceptional and amazing. I give this entire staff and Dr Keenan 10 of 10.
