I had a terrible experience dealing with Teal the General Manager there. She spoke to me on the phone and said she would help me with my customer service issue if I came in store. When I showed up she locked herself in her office applying lotion to her overly worked knees. Then when she finally came out of her office (an hour later) she threatened to call the police on me (an African American paying customer) because I said to her “I thought you were coming to help me” she then followed up with “I have a lot of other things to do”. Apparently customer service is NOT a priority here.
Just to sum things up.. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Great staff is fast and responsive had no problems with pickup and drop off was even easier. I got a brand new pickup truck only 1100 miles on it. Will be back and Thank You....

On 8/17/21, I reserved a 10x15x8 unit on their website with a move-in date of 8/21/21 (today.) When I arrived, I was told by the two employees there that not only was there no unit available in that size but that they have absolutely nothing available whatsoever. They didn't even apologize. They simply said they didn't know why the site allowed me to make a reservation for something they didn't have (even though they were able to pull my reservation up ok their computer.) I'm getting ready to move and have had an incredibly difficult time finding a storage unit that I desperately need. Needless to say, this experience eliminated any trust I could have in U-Haul and won't be renting a truck from them in the future either as I can't be certain my reservation will be honored.

We come here all of the time to bother the store manager, Roberto. He's amazing! Always does his best to take care of all of your needs! I've never had an issue with him helping you out! Sometimes there's a little wait because there's too many people for 2 (sometimes 3) employees. As long as you can be a little patient, you'll have a quick, easy, painless experience here! We love it and would never rent elsewhere, we're loyal customers now!

Garen and Robert are top-notch when it comes to customer service. They are polite, knowledgeable and quite efficient. This location is perfect. The people there are very friendly. The UHauls I've used recently, I have used two, have been clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place. It's a fast in and out.
