Since moving here ~six years ago, I have struggled to find a massage therapist. I've been a massage therapist for over 18 years, and I'm sure you can imagine the toll that takes on a body. Then throw in my plethora of injuries, and you have a hot mess of a body. I've been struggling with some neck and shoulder issues for years, which were exacerbated with all my long covid issues. My shoulder was so bad it was causing me to miss work. I was convinced it was so far damaged it was going to require surgery. That's when I saw Vicki. After just ONE session, I have made great improvements. I was blown away by her skills and ability to do the exact work my body needed to get on the healing track. Over the years, I have become extremely picky about my bodywork. I can not express how lucky and grateful I am to have found Vicki. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her for your bodywork needs. I truly can not say enough good things about what she did for me!

It is with great pleasure to write this review on Vicki at Unfolding Health located in downtown Littleton, CO. I have had massages from Vicki for over four years. Because I do some traveling during the year, I have had to try other masseuse. I can't wait to return, because there is no comparison to Vicki's caring and touch. I have had several injuries throughout my life, and her expertise in using Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Sciatic, Neck and Shoulder massage has helped me immensely. She is very educated with which muscles trigger which problems. And, I appreciate her continuing her education giving me the best care possible. I always ask for 90 minutes so we can squeeze in a few extra minutes as I treat myself to relaxing and being pampered. Thank you Vicki for all you have done for me helping me live and better and healthier life.

Vicki is my go-to massage therapist and located in the beautiful and charming Downtown Littleton, Colorado. She is a natural born healer. Her intuitive gift is one of a kind. She uses a variety of techniques and customizes them all to your unique needs. As a runner and yogi I particularly love deep tissue with a sports massage (stretches that she performs after my body and mind are relaxed). Her approach is effective, her room is soothing, and she incorpates essential oils and CBD into the massage when requested. To me that is the perfect combination of bliss. I highly recommend Vicki to anyone in need of a therapeutic massage and stress relief, oh and go for the 90-minutes!!
