It was my 1st time visiting this store , let alone new to the area. This store
was very small compared to the other United Beauty Supplies I've been to . Just enough chooses were just enough selection , pricing alright. The wig counter needed more employee support. One employee for several women trying to buy wigs isn't efficient. The employee didn't seem concerned about our departure.

This place is awesome. 1st time in and Arie (hope I spelled right) gave us the ultimate service. My expectations were to find a wig for my teen, maybe try it on and that's it. Maybe it's because it wasn't super busy or maybe because she's so awesome, But ARIE helped her pick out, color match, and try on several wigs then helped us find quality products to help and walked us to check out. That process takes time for an undecided 17yr old. She was polite, honest, a great listener, and very knowledgeable about the care and maintenance for the wigs. I'm excited that I can trust a professional opinion and her recommendations for products. I'm so impressed and so was my daughter. We will definitely be back because that was top notch customer service!!

Ari(I believe that was her name) was absolutely amazing. She made my mom feel extremely comfortable, she made my mom laugh on a really hard day, and she made her smile. I totally recommend this beauty shop for anyone who’s ever in need of wigs, braiding hair, beauty products, and more. Their selection was wide and the energy was beautiful. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Usually great customers service but I think the opinions need to say to their self I think she made literally no sales. She (Ari) was not a good promoter. I think she was promoting expensive hair when I just didn’t have that in my budget and then when I try to get the generic and cheap hair it was like well old people wear this. I’m in my 40s, so I felt very offended by that so I’m so surprised at that customer service because usually they are great but I was just highly disappointed and I walked out of there extremely not ever getting nothing wasted my time coming in from Buckeye so I’m a just have to avoid you guys for a while, but I think making sure that they are not too opinionated where it come off as like you are not worthy or anything like that that’s not acceptable. please have a conversation with her to make the customers not feel like that that’s not OK!
