I had a wonderful first time visit. I had a pedicure with Mackenzie and she was wonderful! Very fun lovely person. I enjoyed the pedicure very much. The spa is very beautiful inside, feels refreshing and airy. They have a lot of jewelry, hair products and accessories, candles and beautiful gift options inside as well. I highly recommend if you want to feel relaxed and at home at a salon/spa.

Wonderful first time experience today at UN.Ravel salon!!! I got a pedicure and then spent 30 minutes shopping afterwards. It was such a vibe. If you’re looking for a place to do it all (facials, pedicures, nails, hair..) this is YOUR place!!

I'm in the national guard and really needed to get my nails shortened. My sister scheduled an appointment over the phone for us. We drive out from Los Baños (1 hr drive) and were so excited. Space is so beautiful and we sit down, the girl looks at my nails and looks at me. Says they don't do acrylic, I say that's fine just remove the fill and I'll be fine with gel. She says she can't because there's not enough time? It's 70 mins before they close. She said removing the fill counts as 1 service and the actual manicure is separate. Bare in mind, I have to guide the conversation. She isn't freely explaining anything to me. I had to ask all the right questions to get answers from the worker or else I would've sat in more awkward silence. They didn't offer us any credit or any apology or any rescheduling. We told them it took us an hour to get to our appointment and they didn't care. Gave 2 stars for the space. O for the service.

This is my second time in this shop and I was on the plant side. I was looking for a plant holder and was asking a blond worker questions. She was very unprofessional just telling me it was everywhere and not being clear with specific directions. She seemed bothered by my party’s presence. She was rude and profiling us since we are Latinos. At checkout I asked for a bag and she seemed bothered. Since it was heavy and delicate pot holder I asked for another bag. As my friend was checking out she felt an awkward stare coming from her towards the group. It was as if she was assuming that we were going to steal after completing our purchase. It left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. Thank you for not support your community.
