I stopped by in the morning as I fell in love with a piece in the window. The employee was with a customer but would not acknowledge me or tell me she would be with me later. I had my family outside so I waited a few minutes then decided to come back later. A different employee was working later and on her cell phone completely ignoring me. Just acknowledging a customer goes a LONG way. I decided I will not be a customer of theirs and will continue to always buy Jewelry at the Gold Mine in Saint Ignace as they respect customers and I buy every year.

It's Springtime and that always means it's time to visit Mackinac Island! First stop is the Chippawa Hotel and Urvana's. This is a lovely shop with the most unique treasures. I always like to pick out a new basket, pottery or piece of jewelry. See you soon Urvana take good care🥰
