I was a patient of Valley-Wide BV for 3 years even though I live in Canon City as Jack Haley was a excellent provider. I would have a yearly check up each fall. Each May I would start to receive threatening letters from the prescription nurse that if I did not make additional appointments she would not refill my meds even though there was no reason for me to see Jack. I did this one time and Jack agreed it was waste of my time and his. This year even though I had a appointment scheduled in Sept she refused to refill two meds that were critical to my health. When I called the office I just got the run around and was hung up by Jessica, Jack is no longer there I am sure he was forced out as Valley-Wide does this to all it good providers. This scam to make patients go in for unnecessary appointments is a obvious insurance scheme. I had to go for 5 days without my meds before I could find a new provider no patient should ever have to go through that. Valley-Wide does care about their patients only their bottom line!

Dr. Davis is the best dentist I have ever been to. (And I've had a lot of dental work!) She is so warm and compassionate. She provides great work in a gentle & caring way. We are so lucky to have her in our small town. I am so thankful to have her as my dentist.

I just wanted to thank Jack Haley for helping my daughter. She has a rare genetic disorder and has a massive trust issue with doctors. Jack ALWAYS listens and the level of care is exceptional.If you are looking for a great primary care provider then we highly recommend Jack Haley. I literally cannot say enough great things about him and his team. Thanks again to Jack and the whole staff at Valley Wide Health.

They scheduled my emergency appointment and canceled it the day before. Classic unreliable high country Healthcare where the patient comes last. In no way are they setting a new standard. Same old sub-standard care.

I went to this doctors office of Dr. Jack Haley and explained the symptoms. I was told the visit would be $100.00. I said fine. Paid the bill. Went in told him my symptoms and he said I want to give you a covid test. Ok I guess but I don't think I have covid. Left and picked up a prescription. 5 DAYS LATER I get a text from this doctor CONGRATULATIONS you have covid! Exposing my whole family. Then I come home as we were visiting from Ohio, get a bill from Lab Corp charging me $100.00 for the results. I call complain as this was not a rapid test and I was not told there was a fee. I call and complain to Valley Wide and am told I still owe for the initial visit of $178.00.
Are you kidding me They have no right to charge like this without divulging it to the patient these fees! So all in all its $400.00 to visit a general doctor. I should have went to the emergency room where my insurance will pay and jacked up the prices for healthcare like everyone else.
For all I beg you to make your doctor expose these fees!

I am torn writing this because i hope it doesn't overload her (and affect me 😁)... Dr. Davis and her staff are AMAZING!!!! I have been terrified of dentists my entire life and their understanding and compassion of fear my goes beyond words.
