I've been going to Dawn for about 3 years now. I had moved and left my hairstylist of over 25 years. I didn't think I would find someone so quickly. Dawn has such incredible expertise and experience in hair cut, color and style. I always leave the salon feeling beautiful and stylish. She is a very sweet person and easy to talk to. And her new salon is so cute and trendy! Definitely check her out at Velvet Muse in Loomis, CA.

I have gotten my hair done by so many different hairdresser, but I have never had a hairdresser that I both liked personally and loved the way they did my hair. Dawn is so friendly and great at what she does. I love my hair now more than I ever have. Dawn has made me feel so beautiful! I love the fullness that my 22” extensions add to my hair and yet people have no idea I have extensions because they blend so well!

This is by far the best salon I’ve been to!!! I absolutely love Dawn and have been seeing her for years. I love her so much I live in Lake Tahoe and come down every 6 weeks just for her. She has continuously kept up to date with new styles, cuts, and colors. She also teaches classes for new stylists. She cares so much about her clients and doing everything to make them walk out of her salon happy and with a smile.

I would recommend this salon 12/10 every time. You should probably go check it out and see for yourself 😉

Dawn is fantastic! She’s honest and does what she says. She listens to her clients and asks detailed questions. I always leave her salon feeling like I got what I wanted - or if not - we’ve made a plan to work toward a particular look. And most importantly, I just feel so damn cute after leaving her chair. 🙂

I've been going to Dawn for years now and I always look forward to my appointments! Dawn listens and ask questions to really pinpoint my wants/needs and delivers every time, plus, she's personable and remembers things that are going on in my life and makes the salon experience so fun. Her attention to detail with color, and precision with cutting is very evident. I have had some hair trauma from other stylists, but never with Dawn! She's the best.

Dawn has been nothing short of amazing every time she’s done my hair for the last 10+ years! In fact, I’d even fly back to Northern California after I moved out of state just so she could continue to do my hair! I had a hard time trusting anyone else with my hair! Dawn will listen to exactly what you want and give you just that! She’s also been amazing when I’ve asked for advice when I’ve felt like changing things up. Her knowledge and experience is unmatched and I absolutely cannot recommend her enough!
