I called at 7pm and and asked if there was any availability for one person. I wanted to take advantage of the $75 Combo Massage (60 minute body and 30 minute foot) advertised on the website. I arrived early and quickly realized that I was the one being taken advantage of. As I walked through the front door, I pass through a sheet and some bells. There is no one there to greet me and I hear a "hello" come from one of the rooms. Out walks a small Asian woman who I assume is the owner. She was all alone so I didn't want to ask for a 90 minute massage at the end of the night. There was no one else there. I settled for a 30 minute body massage and she charged me $40 BEFORE I could even get comfortable. Needless to say, it was the absolute worst massage and service I have ever received. She spent twenty minutes rubbing oil into my back with her elbows before using her hands to simply squeeze my neck, my arms, and my calves and then tapped my back to let me know she was finished as if I was inconveniencing her. Any other time, any where else, I would glady leave a tip but, I was obviously displeased and as I walked towards the front door, she didn't follow or even say goodbye. I will never go to Venus Massage Spa again nor will ever recommend and I am content knowing that I paid $40 for an awful 30 minute "body massage". There is a ten dollar tip in the somewhere.

I will not be returning to this massage place again, very disappointing. First, I was asked to pay upfront , which I didn't mind so much but knowing what I know now, I would not have done that. Cindy was my masseuse and her massage techniques were awful, she kept leaving the room to attend to other people, and then cut my massage short by 20 minutes because there were "other customers waiting". I'm also a paying customer lady! She said she would reimburse me $15 (this is after I already gave her a $20 tip upfront with the $60 massage fee) Do not get a massage from Cindy! I don't know if other people have experience this from anyone else there but she definitely isn't trained in massage therapy.

Under new management, the new owner is so nice. The massage is so relaxing, go in all tense and leave feeling great. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend Venus Massage Spa.

I went in for a 30min message after
Calling ahead. Halfway through my massage she had another customer walk in and then told me my massage was done. I had not even been there 15min. She then tried to charge for the whole massage. I have been before and the massage was great so this was so weird. I won’t return.

Convenient location, good massage.
Was a bit hesitant after reading the earlier review about the response to a $13 dollar tip, but all considered, I wouldn't tip less than $20 if the massage is good.
Take care of the people who take care of you. Remember that it's a physically demanding job.

The massage was excellent. I felt very relaxed yet energized afterward. The staff was very friendly and professional. I require deep tissue massage and the girl was on staff was able to this without hesitation and wit the utmost skill.

I went to this massage parlor today for a massage! I think this store is great! Also very warm! The massage table has electric blankets! Really comfortable! The massage technique is also in place! The masseurs are very enthusiastic! I will come again!

Hi,I just got back home from there and let me tell you that Cindy is the best. I was so relaxed that I had almost went to sleep on her. I like how when she saw that I may have been uncomfortable she asked if I wanted it softer or not and she really worked the areas that really needed the knots worked out. Thank you cindy
