I’m a usual customer here and come here often but this time it was the worst. I showed Jerry a picture what I wanted and he said he can do that with Confidence. After the haircut my hair looked nothing like it. If it were like Jerry just did what HE wanted to do. He cut it way too short when I told him I wanted it to be a little trim and the sides of the fades and messes up . It’s the complete opposite of the picture and as a customer I am taking my business somewhere else where because I am not satisfied with this place anymore.

I went a few weeks ago to get a curly hair tailored cut. I was expecting to get a consultation done while my hair was styled; like I wear it everyday / how I came in. I was also expecting to have some tips and pointers on how to style my hair better and other products to be using. I guess I didn't have the correct expectations.
Immediately when I sat down in the chair, they started to comb my hair with a fine tooth comb before even assessing my curls. I just felt that I knew way more about curls than the stylist did. Using the fine tooth comb, drying hair with a towel, styling the curls when they've been air drying 20 mins just isn't right for curly hair. Paying $70 for a curl specific haircut was definitely not worth it. I would definitely not recommend getting this service.
The salon is very nice and clean. The staff is very polite. The scalp massage was amazing! Just paying the extra for the curl specific cut is not worth it!

Got my hair cut and colored by Marie. She did an awesome job at fixing the hot mess I came in with. I absolutely love the purple condition that she custom mixed for me. I noticed the change after my first use. I've been using it for 6 weeks now and it definitely keeps my hair looking grey/silver all the time. I highly recommend her to every one looking for a flawless cute or color. She definitely is super educated in what she does.

It was my first time here and they were able to book me in last minute. Foua was the person working on my hair and she did an amazing job! She was understanding and listened to my problems and concerns about my hair. Entire staff is amazing and super welcoming! Definitely coming back on my next hair cut.

The Verve is a wonderful salon and spa. They have state of the art techniques and continued education and provide personable and professional service! Love the relaxation when I’m the salon and the happiness when I leave with any service completed by the Verve! 10/10 recommend! Heather Zick, is a wonderful professional who is a master at pampering you. She had contributed to make all my long, natural, curly hair dreams come true! She was wonderful at only dusting my ends and not doing unnecessary and inexperienced dreaded chops. She is a wonderful stylist and I am so happy to have her be my hair faerie!

five star stars all around. The receptionist was friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable. Callie was great and did an awesome job on cutting my hair. If I lived closer I would defiantly be going back.
