Normally I would give this store a very bad rating because my mom and I ALWAYS have a very bad experience going there. Representatives are always rude and not willing to help at all!!! But today Liz went above and beyond to help us with our transaction and order some stuff online! She was not only super warm and friendly, but she was very nice and professional. I’m expecting my second baby and she showed me all my online options for a maternity bra since they don’t carry any at the store. Highly recommend to ask for her if you go to this store.

Not only did they not have all plus sizes but the service and appearance of the workers was not up to what I’ve always seen to be “Victoria Secrets” standard. I’ve gone to Victoria Secrets all over the Central Coast, as there was never a location in Santa Maria, the employees have always looked well put together with the classic all black uniform. The Santa Maria location proves to be the complete opposite; not only were the employees not wearing all black but it looked like they hadn’t bothered to even look presentable in any sort of way. Going to Victoria Secrets marks an occasion for so many whether it be a first bra or a first PINK brand item for a young adult, but this location made me feel ashamed to go in. The way employees choose to represent themselves is supposed to be representative of the institution they work for, Victoria Secrets is supposed to be a luxury experience and that is not what the employees portray in uniform or service.

I usually don’t have good experiences at Victoria secret, but today Liz helped me out and she gave me good tips and really helped me understand what I was looking for. She stayed patient and gave me many options to try on. Give this girl a raise!

Worst customer service ever, whats the point of having employees working if they are not busy and not helping? Also both the Pink store and VS store have gross dirty floors and dust everywhere!! I thought this company was about having a better image than that, i mean i guess they wanted to blend in with Santa Maria. Clearly there District Manager must never visit this store or could careless. Store manager Tanya was talking bad about a customer clearly she didnt think anyone around could here her. Not professional at all what a way to set the example for your other associates. Store was super messy and not recovered. Hopefully someone does something about this hotmess of a store because alot of people rather drive to SLO and thats with high gas prices mind you!

Went for the first time ever. I have never shopped there, and wanted something nice for my young adult daughter. Place is dusty, dirty, bottles knocked over...every shelf has a layer of dust. I felt like i was at a knock off store. But i still dropped a hundred bucks there. I almost left. But those t-shirt bras is the only thing that works for her. Thanks vs

I just stopped into the store because I needed a new bra. No one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I had to find an associate to help me and measure me. She then brought me a sample bra and I pushed my button multiple times for help and no one came. So I left. Horrible customer service.

Today I went to this Victoria's secret seeing big 60% off sale signs for their VICTORIAS SECRET semi annual sale. When I got into the store, there were no sales bins. I asked an associate where the sale was, she told me “that they put away the sales bins this morning, but she’d talk to her manager and see if she could bring out my size for me”. The manager then told me “we can’t bring out the sales bins, we already put them away”. I asked her why there was a sale sign then, and she responded with, “well, we are still having a sale at PINK”. This still does not explain their false advertising of a VICTORIAS SECRET semi anual sale. I am extremely disappointed that I waited in line for over 30 minutes to enter this store just to see there was no sale.

Typically the girls here are helpful and friendly. Adriana, big girl, was extremely rude and brushed into me a few times without saying a word, didn’t ask if I need assistance. She did keep staring, I’m assuming she had an issue with me. Put a bad taste in my mouth, prob won’t be back to this one
